REQUEST YOUR RESERVATION FOR A COTTAGE RIGHT NOW
Use our search form to see availability for your vacation dates. Calendars reflect total property availability and may not be available in a single unit. If we have a unit that meets your needs, you will see an instant quote for that cottage. During Spring Season (mid-February through May), most stays are Saturday to Saturday only.
If your search did not return any results and your dates are flexible, we suggest that you check our availability by cottage at a glance page. This will show you any short stays available in each cottage.
Guests 13 and over are considered adults. Most cottages accommodate a specific number of adults plus up to 2 small children (12 and under). See details on each cottage description.
To make a request, just click on the “Request this Cottage” button in the search results. Enter your name and contact information, and Submit the request. You will receive confirmation that the request has been made.
You will also receive a 2nd email asking you to reply to confirm our terms and conditions. When we receive your request and your email reply, we will contact you by telephone to take payment of your deposit (or total charge) for the stay.

Once made, reservation deposits are non-refundable, so be certain that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy).
A reservation request is only pending until your deposit is made. Completing it quickly helps to ensure that your cottage will be available for the dates you selected. If you elect to have BeachPoint Cottages make the reservation for you, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email containing a link to our terms and conditions. Your payment of the booking deposit will be your acceptance of those terms and conditions.

Our Dog Policy. If you wish to travel with your dog, please note that there are weight and breed restrictions. Be certain to review our dog policy to ensure that your dog can be approved. Approval is required at the time deposit is made.
