Terms and Conditions

Use our search form to see availability for your vacation dates. Calendars reflect total property availability and may not be available in a single unit. If we have a single unit that meets your needs, you will see an instant quote for that cottage.
If your search did not return any results and your dates are flexible, we suggest that you check our availability by cottage at a glance page. This will show you any shorter stays that might be available in each cottage. 

Call or text us if you need assistance with those stays or if you would like to reserve multiple units to meet your needs.

Occupancy Rules: Guests 13 and over are considered adults.

  • Our smallest studio (#4) is for 2 adults maximum – no children.
  • Our larger studio (#5) and our 1 bedroom units (#3,6,8) can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 small children (12 or under).
  • Our 2 bedroom units (#1,2,7) will accommodate up to 4 adults and up to 2 small children. (12 and under).

To make a request, just click on the “Request this Cottage” button in your search results. Enter your name and contact information, and then Submit the request after reading the terms and conditions. You will receive confirmation that the request has been made.

Once made, reservation deposits are non-refundable. The same applies to balance payments, so be certain that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy). We highly recommend travel insurance.

You will also receive a 2nd email asking you to reply to confirm that you have read, understand and agree to our terms and conditions. When we receive your request and your email reply, we will contact you by telephone to take payment of your deposit (or total charge) for the stay.

A reservation request is only pending until your deposit is made. Completing it quickly helps to ensure that your cottage will be available for the dates you selected. If you elect to have BeachPoint Cottages make the reservation for you, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email containing a link to our terms and conditions. Your payment of the booking deposit will be your acceptance of those terms and conditions.

We know your vacation is important, and we are available to help you plan your stay at BeachPoint. We invite you to get in touch with us for personal reservation assistance if you need further help.  If you have a favorite cottage in mind (and many of our return guests do) you may also visit the page for that individual cottage and see exactly when it is available. Just select the cottage from the top menu or visit the Our Cottages page to navigate.

Our Dog Policy. If you wish to travel with your dog, please note that there are weight and breed restrictions. Be certain to review our dog policy to ensure that your dog can be approved. Approval is required at the time deposit is made.
