Seasons, Holidays & Minimum Stays:
- Accommodations are available from 2 nights to over 1 month.
- Weekend minimum – 2 nights.
- Rates vary by season, week or weekend day. See each individual cottage for rates for your specific dates.
- Spring Season mid Dec – May. All reservations are non-refundable.
March/April minimum stays are 5 – 7 nights. January/February/May minimum stays vary from 3-7 nights. On occasion we will have smaller open blocks between reservations. Please call us to discuss. - Holidays: Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years have 3 to 4 night minimums and are non-refundable.
- Off season rates are in August-mid November and in January.
- Ask us about special offers if you have flexible dates.
- We can sometimes accommodate stays of less than stated minimums if you have a last minute need. We welcome walk-ups when we have availability.
